Easy Purchase Horrendous returns process
3 items ordered to be delivered to asda. 1 purchase confirmation recd, 1 order processing email recd, 1 you can return if you don't like email recd, 3 order recd at asda emails, 1 on one day, 2 the next day.
Fast forward to the returns. Don't even get me started on that process. When returning more than 1 item from the same order it would be really really good if you could tell which label is for which product. And it would be really good if schuh acknowledged that you have requested a return. But no nothing whatsoever, not even showing on the original order that a request to return the items had been raised.
Did receive emails from asda to you though so at least I know they have processed the return and the items are on their way back to schuh.
Will never use this service again it was a horrendous experience. And to return items for free your forced into becoming a member or pay £2.50 now is that per item or per order? I havent a clue .
They do let you know they don't show all feedback before you submit hence the coy and paste to trust pilot because I'm 99% you won't see this review in the feedback section on the schuh website. Just another reason not to use there service again.
Disgusting way to treat customers
Disgusting way to treat customers. Ordered some trainers online, they arrived really scuffed. I had taken a picture and sent to customer service asking for some money back. They just sent another pair in the post without agreeing this with me and asked me to post the scuffed ones back. I explained that I had newborn twins and getting to the post office was difficult at the moment - hence ordering online and not in store. Next thing I know I’m getting letters from a debt collection agency for the cost of the trainers plus fees! AVOID. CORRUPT COMPANY

I can’t fault sch and their customer service. They were really good at handing my item which was incorrect, send a replacement straight away( next day delivery) however the delivery company lost my parcel.
Furthermore, the refund was processed Fast and I’ve also got a discount for when I order again.

Don’t bother ordering shoes. Terrible delivery standards
Don’t bother trying to get shoes delivered. Every time I’ve tried to order a pair of shoes I’ve been let down. Schuh refuse to take any accountability nor do their delivery partner UPS. The most recent issue was when a pair of shoes was randomly left at a drop off point without informing me that they were left there. I was in the entire day and never received a card or any attempt to deliver. It was only through tracking my parcel that I found out where it had been left. No accountability was taken, massive disappointment!

Poor service received in Schuh Southampton.
Girl who served us looked like she didn't want to be there, not engaging, made us feel like we were being demanding when asking for different sizes, poor body language.
Actually went to the Dr Marten's store and purchased two pairs of sandals with them, service fabulous, Schuh come on!
Website hides negative reviews
I've bought several pairs of trainers from Schuh in store, so wasn't expecting any problems buying a pair of well-reviewed Nike trainers from their online store.
Unfortunately the manufacture quality of the shoes is far below previous Nikes. No problem, but had the reviews told me that I would have avoided them.
I left a review on Schuh's site detailing the problems (as a verified purchaser and not a rude review), which has not been shown. I wonder how many other honest reviews are hidden? Buyer beware!

Great Service in the Reading Store
I visited the Reading store today. I was served by Ryan who was friendly, chatty and helpful. I felt very comfortable and was able to purchase a pair of trainers I wanted. I really enjoyed my shopping experience with Schuh. The store is nice and bright and modern. Ryan really took the time to engage with me as a customer which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely visit the store again.

First rate service from Schuh
Lots of negative reviews about Schuh but they were the only company that had the Converse trainers I wanted to buy for a present for my niece so, thought I'd take a chance. Great website, easy to navigate. Excellent price. Ordered the shoes at 4pm with next day delivery - my parcel arrived at 12 noon the following day. Can't fault them - good communication from Schuh and Hermes - excellent service

Crap!!
Crap!!! Paid extra for next day delivery and driver didn’t even try to deliver even though I was at home, no card left which proves he/she didn’t even try. Won’t order from schuh again.
Awful service
Awful service. Item not arrived chased umpteen times every time told to wait longer and despite promising delivery when I query it they say there's no history of me chasing. If it ever does arrive it's going straight back
Several emails saying it's out for delivery from ups who are dire too.
It never actually arrives though.

This company makes it impossible for you to return the shoes and will not acknowledge if there's a fault. Instead, they will just come up with an excuse. Greedy.

Awful
Ordered Trainers and paid via paypal. They immediately took the money but there was no order details . When contacted they said there was an error and I would immediately get a refund. 24 hours later no refund and now no response from Schu. I am annoyed !
